Mr. James provided outstanding plumbing service. Honest, polite, reliable & knowledgeable. He accommodated us in his schedule under 24hrs. Provided a diagnostic via phone and gave us options on how to handle the issue. We had an inoperative pressure balance cartridge for our shower. He linked us with a local vendor to acquire the needed part; saving us money. Normally, companies would add an up-charge for the parts if they provide the part. He took care of us on that. The repair were completed seamless and he also provided us with an inside look with pointers of the job for future reference. Outstanding and quick service and generous price. James was amazing! Had a shower head that wouldn't stop leaking no matter what I replaced or did! He was able to come the same day and fixed the problem in less than an hour! The price was super affordable, especially compared to what others wanted to even come out and look! He was polite and courteous during his visit also!
